World Can Experience 2026 Strengthens its Position as the Leading Technical Event for the Global Canmaking Industry
World Can Experience 2026 will take place from 21–23 January 2026 at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre in Dubai, welcoming canmakers and suppliers from around the world for three days of intensive technical learning, supplier innovation and high-value networking.
The event follows a training-first structure, placing technical education at the centre of the experience. Each day begins with dedicated training sessions for 2-Piece and 3-Piece canmakers, followed by Technical Supplier Presentations, and, on selected days, the WCE Exhibition and evening networking programme.
🔧 Morning Technical Training
Two parallel tracks allow attendees to choose their area of expertise:
2-Piece Aluminum Beverage Cans Track led by Sabine Koeppe, Bruce Jones & John Jennings
3-Piece Tinplate Cans Track led by Tjaart Schutte & Kyle Teasel
Training modules cover areas such as troubleshooting, spoilage reduction, set-up and quality assurance, seaming, welding, lacquer & compound application, continuous improvement and customer-specific requirements.
🧠 Technical Supplier Presentations (TSPP) – Two Rooms in Parallel
Every day from 10:30 to 11:30 AM, WCE hosts two simultaneous 20-minute Technical Supplier Presentations: one dedicated to 2-Piece solutions and the other to 3-Piece.
This format ensures highly targeted and relevant knowledge for each type of operation.
🧩 Exhibition & Networking
The Tabletop Exhibition takes place on Wednesday and Thursday from 15:30 to 18:30, with global suppliers showcasing machinery, inspection, chemicals, tooling, automation and process-improvement solutions.
Evening networking dinners on Wednesday and Thursday (20:00–00:00) offer a relaxed environment for relationship-building among industry professionals, combining business with an enjoyable social experience.
