Bruce Jones and John Jennings Join the Faculty of World Can Experience 2026

The organization of World Can Experience (WCE) is pleased to announce the participation of Bruce Jones and John Jennings as featured instructors for the 2026 edition of the congress, which will take place from January 21 to 23 at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel.

Both experts will deliver three specialized technical courses within the training program dedicated to two-piece aluminum can (2PC) manufacturers. The courses are as follows:
Metal Waste Reduction Program in a Two-Piece Aluminum Can Manufacturing Line
Troubleshooting in a High-Speed Two-Piece Aluminum Can Manufacturing Line
End Line Set-Up and Quality Assurance

The WCE organizers emphasize that these courses are designed to provide practical tools and plant-based methodologies, aimed at optimizing performance and quality in modern production lines.

Bruce Jones
Bruce Jones is the Managing Director of OEE Container Technology, with more than three decades of experience in beverage can and metal end manufacturing. OEE operates in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates, focusing on the design and installation of complete can and end production lines, as well as on improving operational performance.
Previously, Jones led the transformation of NAFCEL (Saudi Arabia), turning it into the world’s largest end-making plant during his tenure as Plant Manager. He also served as Director of Strategic Projects at Aujan Group Holding, based in the UAE.

John Jennings
John Jennings serves as Project Engineering Manager at OEE Container Technology and brings over 30 years of experience in quality management and statistical process control (SPC) within the automotive and packaging industries. A Black Belt in continuous improvement methodologies, he applies data analysis to optimize industrial processes.
He entered the metal packaging sector in 2006 as a Process Quality Analyst, later becoming Production Shift Manager at Crown Cork & Seal (UK). In 2019, he took on the role of Quality Manager at NAFCEL (Saudi Arabia) before joining OEE (UK) in 2023 as Project Engineering Manager, supporting global expansion and installation projects.

The inclusion of Bruce Jones and John Jennings in the WCE training program will further strengthen the technical and practical character of the congress, contributing applied expertise in process efficiency, metal loss control, failure diagnostics, and quality assurance in modern can manufacturing lines.

World Can Experience is an international congress that combines intensive technical training with business networking opportunities among manufacturers, suppliers, and specialists in the metal packaging industry. The second edition of WCE will take place from January 21 to 23, 2026, at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre.

In its first edition, WCE brought together over 300 participants from six continents, with 138 companies represented and 53 exhibitors. For 2026, around 130 participants are already confirmed, including leading companies such as Crown and Sonoco.
