He has held senior technical and operational leadership positions at Jamestrong Packaging, Ardagh Group, Amcor and Nampak, specializing in can manufacturing, R&D, quality, food safety, process improvement and operational excellence across Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Over the years, he has developed strong expertise in the global canmaking industry, particularly in vacuum and compressed air applications, energy efficiency and production optimization.
